Rule No. 1.

Discipline

There is a certain level of discipline everyone possesses. You must complete your weekly check-ins and arrive on time for in-person sessions. If anything arises, please reach out and let me know!

Rule No. 2.

Honesty

I need honesty from you for you to make progress. Progress whether it’s mental or physical, cannot be made unless total honesty is understood and met. Discuss with me if things are going right, going wrong, or something becomes lost in translation.

Rule No. 3.

Communication 

I simply ask everyone who works with me to be transparent, upfront, and to also ask questions if needed. I want to help you, so please tell me whats working for you and what isn’t. We'll adjust accordingly.
